I cannot believe my little girl is two already! Seems like the year went by so quickly! Super excited to throw a fiesta themed party for her with our friends & family. It was really fun and I'm glad Emmy somewhat enjoyed the attention lol~!
I was excited to DIY this party, but always forget the time and process to get things completed. Big thanks to a friend for letting me borrow her Cricut to cut the time when making the paper flowers and papel picado banners. I also decided to make her cake after getting a high quote from a bakery, and I have to say, there IS a reason why they charge what they do...because it's super time consuming! Took me 2 days and a messy disaster in my kitchen to make...and it was massive! SO. MUCH. BUTTERCREAM.
But with all the time and work we were happy we were able to celebrate her day. She was happy to eat her favorite chocolate cake...and this momma was happy to end the day on the floor eating cake and drinking wine!
